The Compliance Training Manager (CTM) is a series of compliance modules that are updated regularly for ease in conducting internal training without outside assistance.

The CTM provides all the tools for bank compliance officers or trainers to conduct in-house retail compliance training.  We give you outlines, grids, recommended resources and supporting tools. You may use the modules individually or to supplement video or other in-house training.

The package includes Position Descriptions to help you match your staff with the compliance training they need, a Training Grid to help determine which sections of each module the various staff members need and a Leader version as well as a Participant version for each module.
